Must demonstrate proficiency in high-end content, whether through PvP rating (e.g., Arena/Ranked Ladders),
PvE logs (e.g., Raid Parses/Speed Clears), or documented success in previous high-tier guilds.
‍Deep Class/Weapon Mastery:
You must possess a comprehensive understanding of your chosen class, rotation, and build optimization.
We expect members to stay current on game patches, meta changes, and emerging strategies.
‍Adaptability & Game Sense:
Given our multi-MMO focus, you must be able to rapidly learn new systems, adapt to different combat mechanics,
and quickly develop the "game sense" needed to succeed in new titles.

‍Dedication & Availability
‍Consistent Attendance:
Ability to attend scheduled guild events (e.g., raids, mandatory PvP practice, competitive pushes) with high reliability.
Our schedule is demanding, and we rely on everyone's presence.
‍Preparation & Research:
Commitment to spending necessary time outside of group sessions on personal optimization,
gathering resources, farming gear, watching VODs, and studying new content releases.
‍Voice Communication:
A functioning microphone and mandatory presence in Discord/voice chat during all competitive activities.
Clear, concise, and professional communication is non-negotiable.
